Mountain BIKING

One of the best ways to experience breathtaking Tahoe National Forest is by bike. With countless miles of biking trails, brought to you by Sierra Buttes Trail Stewardship, biking is not only an incredible exercise, but you can take in the sites and scenery at your own pace.

Downieville has two shuttle services in town that both come highly recommended. Rent a bike or bring your own! Enjoy the classic Downieville Downhill or any of the many trails in the area. You can't go wrong.
