This 3-bedroom, 2 bath, rental is located on the south side of the confluence of the Yuba and the Downie Rivers.  The master bedroom with bath, is at the east end on the house.

The smaller bedroom has bunk beds and a bathroom just down the hall.  The spacious living room has a sliding glass door for an exit to the deck overlooking the rivers. 

The fully equipped kitchen only needs groceries for your stay.  There is a double garage available for your use also.
