Cancellation Policy

Guest shall inform managers,both by phone and in writing, of guest's intent to cancel rental agreement.

For a cancellation recieved by manager 30 days prior to arrival-
*All funds deposited shall be returned LESS A $100.00 processing fee.
For a cancellation recieved LESS THAN 35 days prior to arrival-
*If the manager is able to rent the unit for any part of the cancelled stay, the rental fee for that occupied period will be refunded. There will be a $100.00 processing fee.
In either case- the $100.00 fee my be applied to a future stay.
